A guide book that’s aimed at beginners and those with little experience climbing the world’s most famous climbing destinations has been published.
A guide book to climbing has been released by the US National Park Service (NPS) which says it offers “a concise and practical guide to safely and responsibly use the world-class climbing facilities in the US”.
The guide, entitled Guide to the World’s Most Famous Climbing Places, was released to coincide with the centenary of the first American ascent of the Nose in Yosemite National Park.
It’s the latest release by the NPS which has been trying to attract more climbers to its national parks and trails, particularly those who are younger than 30 years old.
The guide is not aimed at those who have never climbed, but at those with limited climbing experience, and has been endorsed by professional climbing guides, professional climbing clubs and the US Olympic Committee.
The NPS is not the first to publish guides to climbing, but it is the first guide to the world, the guide to America, and the guide book in which to learn about climbing.
“Guide to the Worlds Most Famous Craggy Mountain” is being released this week by the National Park Foundation, the US government agency that manages the nation’s parks and lands.
It is published by Climbing Edge, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
Its publisher, Scott Cray, says it was published in response to a request from US climbing enthusiasts, who said they needed a guidebook that would help them safely and safely.
The US is known for its mountains, and it’s the US’s largest national park, but climbing is also a big part of the country’s economy, with tourism accounting for nearly 40 per cent of the US economy.
The guides aim to be a guide to climbers, climbers’ safety, and to inspire those who don’t know what they’re doing.
“It’s very easy to say ‘I’m going to be out climbing’,” said Scott Crystal, a self-proclaimed beginner who founded the climbing website ClimbingEdge in 2005.
“But for many people it’s just too much work.
It’s just hard work and that’s not fun for them.”
The guide includes a “Top Ten” list of climbing destinations and some “must-see” spots, such as the famous Mount Wilson in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The National Park is the world leader in climbing, with more than 80 million visitors a year.
Its parks, trails and other sites are the envy of the world.
Its rugged mountains make it a world leader when it comes to climbing.
Its natural beauty and the fact that it’s part of America means that it is a natural destination for many climbers.
“For people who are young, who have been in their parents’ basement, this is the ultimate dream,” Mr Cray said.
“This is a dream for those of us who are not in their 30s and 40s.”
